Sixteen Stones Heart Strands are crafted in mala tradition. A centred stone as our place to begin our intentions, as we move around the circle, we repeat this intention at each bead. It is said that when we come full circle, this will be our intention for the day. The goal is to stay heart centred throughout the meditation. Focusing on your breath and the beat of your heart.
